What will we actually do on this call?
We'll spend most of the time understanding your situation and mapping out what's realistic for your search. If it makes sense to work together, we'll talk about it at the end. Either way, you'll leave with a clearer plan.
How long is the call?
About 30 minutes. We respect your time and we keep it focused.
Do I need to prepare anything?
Nope. Just show up. If it's easy, have your current resume or LinkedIn open — but it's not required.
Where does the call happen?
On Zoom or Google Meet. The link is in the confirmation email we just sent — please check spam if you don't see it within a few minutes.
What if I need to reschedule?
Totally fine — use the reschedule link in your confirmation email. We just ask for at least 24 hours' notice so we can offer the slot to someone else.
