Our role has been to build the systems, technology, operations, and client experience that let exceptional career professionals work together through one coordinated service.
Two companies joined the Jobzango team early on, and each shapes how we work today.
Academize — a LinkedIn marketing company that worked only with career coaching companies — brought strong skills in sourcing hiring managers, recruiters, and people in similar roles at every company our clients apply to. That means we can get internal references and connect with hiring managers directly, instead of sending an application into the void.
ApplyAll — a company that specializes in job applications — gives Jobzango access to new roles the moment they go live online, so we can submit a tailored application right when a role opens. ApplyAll also brought data from more than 1,000,000 applications submitted across a wide range of roles, and that data shapes how we build every application and outreach message we send.

Today Jobzango is a large team and community — outreach specialists, application and job sourcing teams, former recruiters, career coaches, and job seekers — with hundreds of years of combined experience. We run every job search using data from more than 2,000,000 job applications and outreach messages created by our own team.
Our origin story
Jobzango didn't start with a name.
For a while we operated as a white-glove service, offered only to those who came by referral.
Eventually, the team behind Jobzango — entrepreneurs and career professionals who had already built the systems and the partnerships — decided to build a name and a brand around what we'd created. That's how we're able to offer the same service to anyone who needs career support, not just those who happen to know us.
