About Jobzango

01What is Jobzango?

Jobzango is a done-for-you job search service. Jobzango's team handles applications, recruiter outreach, LinkedIn optimization, resume rewriting, interview prep, and salary negotiation so clients only need to show up to interviews. Learn more about us.

02Who is Jobzango for?

Jobzango works with experienced professionals, typically in $100K+ roles, who want their job search managed by a dedicated team instead of doing it themselves. Jobzango is best suited for tech, product, engineering, data, marketing, finance, operations, and senior individual contributor or manager roles.

03Where does Jobzango operate?

Jobzango serves professionals across the United States and supports remote, hybrid, and in-office job searches nationwide, including all major metros and secondary markets.

04Is Jobzango a recruiter or a staffing agency?

No. Jobzango is not a recruiter or staffing agency. Jobzango works exclusively for the candidate, running the search on their behalf across companies the candidate is targeting rather than placing candidates into a fixed roster of client openings.

05What makes Jobzango different from a resume writer or career coach?

A resume writer hands over a document and a coach gives advice, but the client still has to run the search. Jobzango combines the resume, LinkedIn, applications, outreach, interview prep, and negotiation into one managed service so the actual work of the search is done for the client.

06What roles and industries does Jobzango cover?

Jobzango supports tech, product, engineering, data, design, marketing, sales, finance, operations, HR, healthcare administration, and senior general-management roles. Jobzango does not currently support licensed clinical, legal-bar, or hourly retail roles.

05Does Jobzango rewrite resumes and LinkedIn profiles?

Process and Timeline

01How does Jobzango work step by step?

Jobzango starts with an intake and kickoff call to learn the client's goals, then builds a target company list, revises the resume and LinkedIn, and launches applications plus outreach. The client attends interviews and Jobzango handles negotiation once an offer arrives.

02How long does the Jobzango process take?

Most Jobzango clients are hired within 90 days. Some accept offers in the first few weeks, while more selective searches can run longer. The average traditional self-run search takes 6 to 9 months, so Jobzango's timeline is designed to be dramatically faster.

03How much time does a client need to spend each week?

Jobzango is designed so the client only needs to show up to interviews and quick weekly check-ins. The heavy lifting of searching, applying, and outreach is handled by Jobzango's team.

04How quickly does Jobzango start after signup?

Jobzango typically kicks off within a few business days of signup. Onboarding, target list build, and resume and LinkedIn revisions happen in the first week so applications can start immediately after.

05Can Jobzango run a confidential search while a client is still employed?

Yes. Most Jobzango clients are still employed and searching confidentially. Jobzango never signals a client's current employer, keeps LinkedIn changes discreet, and coordinates interviews around the client's work schedule.

06How does Jobzango decide which jobs to apply to?

Jobzango builds a target list with the client during onboarding covering role level, function, industry, comp band, and location. Applications are then filtered against that criteria daily so time only goes to roles the client would actually accept.

07How often will a client hear from the Jobzango team?

Clients get regular activity updates inside the dashboard, plus weekly check-ins and on-demand messaging with the Jobzango team. Interview and offer moments trigger immediate coordination.

08Can a client pause the service?

Yes. Jobzango supports pauses for planned travel, medical leave, or when a strong offer is being finalized, and the timeline resumes when the client is ready to continue.

Guarantee, Pricing, and Refunds

01Does Jobzango have a guarantee?

Yes. Jobzango offers a 90-day hired guarantee. If a client is not hired within 90 days of starting the program, Jobzango refunds the fee under the terms of the guarantee.

02How much does Jobzango cost?

Jobzango pricing depends on seniority, target compensation, and search complexity. Pricing is discussed on a discovery call so Jobzango can match the plan to the client's situation.

03Does Jobzango offer refunds?

Yes. Jobzango honors the 90-day hired guarantee for eligible clients who complete the program requirements. Full refund terms are provided in the service agreement before signup.

04Are there payment plans?

Yes. Jobzango offers flexible payment options so clients can spread the investment across the search window instead of paying entirely up front. Available plans are reviewed on the discovery call.

05Does Jobzango take a percentage of the salary or offer?

No. Jobzango charges a flat program fee. Jobzango rarely takes a percentage of the client's signing bonus, equity, or annual salary — every dollar Jobzango negotiates goes to the client.

06What happens if a client accepts an offer early?

Nothing changes on price. If a client lands and accepts an offer in the first week or the last week, the program fee is the same, and Jobzango stays available for negotiation and onboarding support at the new role, and will continue the search if the candidate would like to stack offers.
